Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Participants who wish to withdraw from the course is required to submit a letter of withdrawal to the Principal:
- More than 14 working days before the course commencement date: 80% of fee paid can be refunded.

- Between 7 to 14 days before the course commencement date:50% of fee paid can be refunded.

- Less than 7 days before the course commencement date: No refund.

- After commencement/ No show: No refund. In addition, participant needs to pay up the balance of the fee amount if the fee paid is less than the number of lessons attended.

- There will be an additional administrative charge of $100 to be levied.
